1. Booking and Appointments
All bookings must be reviewed and confirmed by CB Beauty By Charlie before your appointment is secured.
A fixed booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable if you cancel or fail to attend.
The remaining balance is due in cash at the end of your appointment.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation at our discretion.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You must give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in loss of your booking fee.
No-shows will forfeit their booking fee and may be required to pay in full before rebooking.
We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, your booking fee will be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.
3. Consultation and Patch Tests
Some treatments require a consultation form to be completed before your appointment. This helps us ensure your safety and the best possible results.
Patch tests may be required for certain treatments, particularly lash and brow services. These must be completed at least 24-48 hours before your appointment.
Failure to complete required consultations or patch tests may result in your appointment being cancelled without refund.
4. Treatment and Service Standards
CB Beauty By Charlie provides professional nail, lash and brow services from our home salon.
We maintain high hygiene standards and use quality products. However, individual results may vary.
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments if we believe they may cause harm or are unsuitable for you.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payment is due in full at the end of your appointment.
We accept cash payments only.
Once a service has been completed, refunds are not available. If you are unhappy with your treatment, please let us know immediately so we can address any concerns.
Any corrections or adjustments must be requested within 48 hours of your appointment.
6. Home Salon Guidelines
Our services are provided from a home salon environment. Please respect our home and neighbours.
Children cannot be accommodated during appointments unless they are receiving a treatment.
Please do not bring additional guests to your appointment.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
7. Health and Safety
For your safety and that of other clients, please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell or have any contagious conditions.
We follow strict hygiene protocols, but clients attend treatments at their own risk.
Please follow all aftercare advice provided to ensure the best results and avoid complications.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is collected solely for booking purposes and managing your appointments.
We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time.
9. Liability and Disputes
CB Beauty By Charlie holds appropriate insurance for the services provided.
We are not liable for any adverse reactions that occur despite patch testing or from failure to disclose relevant medical information.
Any disputes should first be discussed directly with us. We aim to resolve all concerns professionally and promptly.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
